Put the boring half of your week on autopilot
Ready-made AI agents built on Gemini and Google Workspace, configured for your business, deployed in about two weeks, and looked after from then on.

Not another chatbot to babysit
An agent is a job that gets done without anyone remembering to do it.
Most AI fails the same way: someone gets a licence, tries it for a fortnight, and nothing changes, because it still needs a human to start it.
These agents are wired into the tools your team already lives in, and run against your real processes.
They run on the Gemini licences in your Workspace plan. No new platform for your team to learn, and nothing else to log into.
Built on what you already pay for
Gemini and Workspace, not a third-party tool with its own subscription and its own copy of your data.
Scoped to real permissions
Each agent gets only the access its job needs, inside your tenant, governed by your admin console.
Looked after, not abandoned
Agents drift when your processes change and break when Google changes things. Ours are monitored and tuned.
The catalogue
Ten agents, already designed. We configure the ones you want against your processes, which is why it takes two weeks, not two months.
Onboarding Agent
New starter announced → account, groups, licences, kit request, calendar invites and a 30-day check-in sequence. Nothing forgotten on day one.
Leaver Agent
Suspends the account, transfers Drive ownership, revokes app tokens, reclaims the licence and files the evidence. Closes the gap your audit keeps finding.
Inbox Triage Agent
Sorts a shared mailbox by intent, drafts the routine replies, and escalates anything that needs a person, with the context already summarised.
Meeting Actions Agent
Turns Meet transcripts into decisions, owners and deadlines, then puts them where the work happens instead of in a document nobody reopens.
Proposal Drafting Agent
Builds first-draft quotes and proposals from your templates, your pricing and the client's own brief. Hours to minutes on every deal.
Invoice Chaser Agent
Watches aged debt, sends the polite reminder at the right interval, escalates tone on schedule, and stops the moment payment lands.
Helpdesk Agent
Answers first-line questions from your own documented knowledge, in Chat, and hands over cleanly when it doesn't know.
Reporting Agent
Assembles the weekly numbers from Sheets and writes the commentary a human would have written on Monday morning.
Compliance Watch Agent
Flags risky sharing, new admin grants and unfamiliar app connections as they happen, giving you continuous cover between your annual audits.
Recruitment Agent
Acknowledges applications, screens against your criteria, schedules interviews around real availability and keeps candidates warm.
Something else?
If the job is repetitive, lives in Workspace, and follows rules you can describe out loud, it can probably be an agent. Ask us.
How it works
Fixed scope, fixed price, roughly two weeks per agent.
Pick the job
We find the process costing you the most repeated hours. Usually it is not the one people complain about loudest.
Map the rules
One session to capture how the job actually gets done, including the exceptions people handle without thinking.
Build and test
We configure the agent in your tenant and run it alongside the humans until its output is trusted.
Hand over
Your team gets trained on it, and we keep it monitored and tuned as your process changes.
Not ready for agents yet?
Most businesses aren't, and the ones who buy anyway are the ones who end up saying AI doesn't work. Here's the honest route in.
Unmanaged
Nobody has decided anything, and staff are quietly using AI on personal accounts. Company information is already leaving, invisibly.
Start with: a written policy
Assisted
Gemini is on and helps people individually, but nothing happens unless someone opens it and types. Real benefit, invisible on any measure.
Start with: a workshop
Automated
One or two agents run against defined processes with a named owner. This is the real threshold. Everything before it is a tool; this is a process change.
Start with: one agent
Connected
Several agents handing work to each other, with governance written down and followed. The business now depends on them running.
Start with: an agent pack
Free AI Readiness Assessment
Eighteen questions, about five minutes, scored across six dimensions: data foundations, process maturity, licensing, skills, governance and commercial clarity. You get a score, your biggest gaps named specifically, and one recommendation.
No charge, no email required to see your score, and no obligation. If it says you are not ready, it will tell you that and what to fix first.
Take the assessmentFree AI use policy
Almost every business switches Gemini on and writes the rules afterwards, usually after something goes wrong.
We'll give you a ready-to-adapt policy covering what staff may put into an AI tool, what must be checked before it reaches a customer, and where AI must never decide. Yours to keep, whether you buy anything or not.

Not sure where to start? A working session that leaves you with a shortlist of the jobs worth automating and what each is worth.
- Process mapping across your team
- Shortlist ranked by hours saved
- Gemini training for your staff
- Fee credited against your first build
The usual starting point. Three agents chosen from the catalogue, configured together so they hand work to each other properly.
- Three agents built and deployed
- Saves £350 against single builds
- Team training included
- Then from £175/month to run them
One agent, one clearly defined job. The lowest-risk way to find out whether this works for your business.
- One agent built and deployed
- Live in around two weeks
- Handover and training
- Then £95/month to run it
Running your agents
Agents drift as your processes change, and Google changes the platform underneath them regularly. The monthly fee covers monitoring, prompt tuning and platform updates. An unmaintained agent quietly degrades until people quietly stop trusting it.
Charged for the estate, not per agent, so adding one later costs almost nothing to run. Prices exclude VAT.
Being straight with you
What agents are genuinely good at, and where they are not the answer.
Where they work
- Repetitive jobs that follow describable rules
- Work that already lives inside Google Workspace
- Drafting, sorting, chasing, summarising and routing
- Processes where being 90% right and checked beats not being done
Where they don't
- Judgement calls with real consequences. Keep a human deciding
- Processes nobody has ever written down or agreed on
- Anything needing certainty rather than very likely correct
- Fixing a broken process. Automating it just breaks it faster
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a paid Gemini licence to use AI agents in Google Workspace?
Most run on the Gemini features already in Business Standard and above. A few need an add-on licence. We tell you which before you commit, and never recommend one an agent doesn't need.
Where does my data go when an AI agent processes it?
It stays in your Workspace tenant. Agents run inside your own Google environment under your admin controls. We are not shipping your data to a third-party AI service.
What happens when an AI agent makes a mistake?
It will, occasionally. That is why we scope agents to draft-and-review rather than send-and-hope wherever the stakes justify it. You decide which steps a human signs off, and we build to that.
Can I cancel the monthly running fee?
Yes, 30 days' notice. Your agents keep running; you just lose the monitoring and tuning. In practice most need attention within a few months, so we would rather you kept it.
Can you build a custom AI agent for a specific business process?
Yes. The catalogue exists because those ten come up constantly, and starting from a designed pattern is faster and cheaper than starting from nothing. Bespoke jobs are quoted the same way, at fixed price.
Which job would you stop doing tomorrow?
Start with a workshop if you're not sure, or pick an agent from the catalogue if you already know.
