Terms & Conditions
The terms on which LooneyTech Ltd provides its services.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms
These terms apply to all services provided by LooneyTech Ltd (registered in England & Wales). By purchasing a service you agree to them.
Workspace Audit
The Workspace Audit is a one-off service charged at £495 per domain, excluding VAT, payable in advance.
It requires a Google Workspace super administrator to authorise read-only access to your tenant. You confirm that you are authorised to grant this access on behalf of your organisation.
We aim to deliver your report within 24 hours of authorisation. The audit is a point-in-time assessment of configuration and does not constitute a guarantee that your environment is secure, nor a penetration test.
Remediation prices quoted in your report are indicative and valid for 30 days. There is no obligation to purchase remediation.
Subscription services
Workspace Care, Workspace Flex and the Workspace Agents running fee are billed monthly in advance. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice, unless a longer minimum term has been agreed in writing.
Prices exclude VAT. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Workspace Agents
Agent builds are charged at the fixed fee quoted before work begins. The monthly running fee covers monitoring, tuning and platform updates.
Agents assist with work; they do not make decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing output before it is relied upon, and for deciding which steps require human sign-off.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your own Google Workspace subscription and licences, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for decisions taken on the basis of our advice.
You remain the data controller for your own users' data at all times.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
